At Highland Park Community Church, we are honored to provide an environment where special needs families can grow deeper in their relationship with God. We have a growing community of special needs families that worship and gather together on a regular basis.

Worship Service

We invite your loved one to attend a service in our special needs classroom. Our special needs ministry is staffed by trained volunteers who are committed to creating an environment of safety, love, and learning for your loved one. Weekly lessons include fun activities and Bible teaching. Each individual can participate in our program and lessons to the extent of their abilities. We practice inclusion whenever possible, and want our friends to be accepted and celebrated for their achievements. We look forward to serving your loved one!

Service Times
One-on-One buddies are available at 9 am in HPKids and HPYouth and at 10:45 am in HPKids. Awana on Wednesday nights at 6:30pm

New Families

If you are a special needs family who is interested in learning more about what Highland Park Community Church has to offer, we’d love to welcome you and learn more about you and your child! Special Needs Youth and Adult Service Opportunities

Our All-Star team exists to give special needs youth and adults aged 16+ opportunities to volunteer at the church. The All-Stars serve in a safe, supportive environment, and everyone is given the opportunity to be a part! 

God calls you to show His love to others by the way you serve. You then embody the meaning of COMPASSION. You have been personally invited to be a part of one of the most exciting ministries at Highland Park Community Church.
