I have read, and agree to, the GENERATE Camp registration materials and requirements (hpcc.church/generatecamp) for the 2021 Middle School Camp Trip. I understand that, if my student withdraws from the trip, that any refund will take into consideration any amount already spent on my student's behalf. I understand that camp activities (hiking, climbing, etc.) have inherent risks, and I approve of my student's participation.

Please note, that the deposit must be received to secure your student's place on the trip. Space is extremely limited this year, so this may become an issue. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS REGARDING THE DEPOSIT OR PAYMENT SCHEDULE, ETC. PLEASE REACH OUT TO US! Call HP Youth at 307.265.4073 or email youth@hpcc.cc.

You may make a deposit or full payment online, or you may choose to bring a cash/check payment to the church office. Online payments WILL include a convenience charge of $5 for the deposit ($80 total) or $10 to pay in full ($310 total). PLEASE NOTE: Your student IS NOT fully registered until the deposit is received!
